How a formal booking works
Most formal bookings are a single Hummer collecting a group from several homes, a photo stop for the parents, then the arrival at the venue where the chauffeur holds for the entrance photos. Send us the pickup addresses and the arrival time and we build the route with a buffer so the group arrives together and on time — not thirty minutes early standing outside, and not late.
For a very large group we can run two Hummers on one booking, coordinated to arrive together. Multiple drop-offs at the end of the night, or a single drop-off at an after-party, are both easily arranged.
For parents
Every Mayfair chauffeur is professionally accredited, uniformed and driving a vehicle we own, maintain and fully insure. There is no sub-contracting — the company you book is the company that turns up. Alcohol is not permitted for underage passengers and our drivers manage this on the night.
You will have a direct line to coordinate pickup details, and the chauffeur's contact on the night. Parents are welcome to be at the first pickup for photos; the car will hold for them.
